Nebulous is personal software that publishes the owner's own videos to their own social media accounts. It is provided free, as-is, for that purpose.
The owner is responsible for the content they publish and for complying with the terms of each platform they connect, including Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube. The software must not be used to post content the owner does not have the right to publish.
The software is provided without warranty of any kind. Publishing may fail or be delayed for reasons outside its control, including platform outages, rate limits, API changes and content review decisions made by the platforms themselves.
To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss arising from use of this software, including failed, duplicated or unintended posts.
